prob like B&M, yes people have. I think trans go is more used though, although the install is a little more involved on the HD2s

I had the B+M in one of my trannys. It firms up the shift quite a bit but doesn't bang into the next gear. Less slippage equals less heat also. I also used their electronic shift improver which worked good but was told it wasn't good for the trans.

I bought one and used it for a while, yeah it firmed up the 1-2 shift pretty well and a little on the 2-3. Went to an actual shift kit though which is a night and day difference. If you want I've still got mine...I'd let it go for cheap since I don't need it now.

I've heard lots of good things about transgo shift kits.

I have a TransgO HDII with vette servo and the shift kits are suppose to help the tranny last longer since the the gears don't slip as much they just go right into place with no hesitation or slipping. Add Hptuners with a Transgo and you have one neck shifting car if you want too, depends on how many spacers used on the shift kit and what shift properties you set hptuners at., Normal / Performance on mine is .200 so its pretty good at snapping your neck back when getting on it.

if you are getting the car tuned, then yes just weight. They can change shift times and line pressure there. Which is just as good.

A shift kit/ Vette Servo is alot better than just using Hptuners. Hptuners is just like a fine tuning tool for the shift kit.

Yeah i just probably can't afford to get the kit in there with the labor.. because thats a little out of my knowledge for the time being
