transmission servos

I got a vette 1-2 servo for my tranny, and it holds the 1-2 shift ok...I get a bit of slipping through my shift...I was wondering how much of a better shift I would get with something like a Billet or sonnax servo...

Ive heard of some people say that a billet servo is really harsh...would that put additional strain on my trans?

I want to get a servo for 1-2, and 2-3 shifts...especially my 2-3 because that was the cause of my engine destruction (car kept over reving that gear)

Mines doing the same thing at 5200 RPMS but its the 3rd not going into 4th OD at about 115 MPH , and gets a burning smell from it. For yours a vette servo is for the 1st and 2nd and a Trans-Go shift kit will help the 3rd and 4th gears, I have both on mine and it shifts great except for my going past the 5200 rpms at the high speeds, I'm going to load the stock tanny tables back in and see what it does , the M5 tranny I got it up to 137mph in 4th gear before so I know its the tune or tranny. If its the tranny then I'll go ahead and get a 3000 9.5" Stall and built A4 for $1300 and have it all installed with the new parts all at once.I finally found it , it was in my tune. LOL cutoff at 123mph and my RPMS were off.

I want something for the 2-3 shift though...thats where my issue is...havent gotten it past 3rd at WOT...
