      Not sure how I'm not listening. But I've decided to let my neighbor mechanic guy put it in for me, I don't wanna mess anything up. I just gotta get the parts for him...

        I dont see why you would change gears and keep and open diff, if your changing gears might as well put a posi in there to. If your tight on cash you could always buy a nice used one, I got my auburn off ebay out of a TA with less then 1k miles on it for like 150 bucks and I have not had any problems with it, and if your going to do a cam swap down the road your going to want a posi. Just my 2 cents.

          X2 save for a Posi and do it right all at once , or buy a locker for it (their cheap ) but it won't be good for cornering. Gears/ Posi's are not something to go cheap on, if they go out your stuck and not moving anywhere. Then time for a whole new rearend.
