replaced my clutch last friday and refilled the transmission with 2 3/4 quarts of dextron 3 fluid (all that i had) everything has been running great but today it started to make a wine but only in the upper rpms (i know it could possibly be something in the engine bay but thought to make sure it was not my tranny first since i could have done something wrong or not filled it up enough.) the sound that is coming out is like a supercharger wine or a strait cut gear wine. any help please?
ok i figured out its not the tranny is eather a belt tentioner or the altenator making the noise so ill just live with it until it gets worse or the altenator fails. either one.
