Are all the T5 5 speeds the same? Do the 3rd gen cars have the same T5 as the 4th gen cars?

4 then t5 are different and are world class t5s. 93 to 95 3.4 have a different slave design then 96 and up 3800

Yes, I had a 00' M5 in mine before going to a A4.
