  • First impressions of locker differential rear

Hmmmmm, well, it is a powertrax unit.

Around turns it is an open rear.
Straight line acceleration it is like a spool.

I picked it up tonight in the snow, rain, ice, and WORST possible conditions!

Right away, I noticed a difference.

I think I may need to drive it around a bit to possibly break it in or get used to it.

I found myself spinning out around mild turns :(

Then at one point when sitting at a light, I hit the gas, one tire spun really quickly and then BAM, the rear locked and the *** end bit down hard!

I really can't give good feedback yet due to WORST possible driving conditions.

I'll keep you all updated. Going for a 100+ mile drive tomorrow :D
