can a tourque converter really hurt your car in any way, and how would your gas milliage be afftec and stuff like that....any info would be awesome....

The only negitive effects that i know of is traction being one but as long as u dont punch it at a stop no problem there and then overheating the transmission but if u get a tranny cooler whice uhave to hget with a Tourqe converter then no problems there. I love mine i daily drive my car. u can get a deep transmission pan that'll let u add a few more quarts of oil also, if the stall isn't much higher than stock. a B&M tranny oil cooler is always a good idea w/ a higher stall converter.2001 Arctic White Firebird<br />More mods than I\'m allowed to list!Comment

As u can see from my times in my sig my converter works well for me and i paid about 300 for mine. I got mine from www.edgeracingconverters.com Andre is the guy to talk to. Tell him Kris sent you. i recommend 3000-3200 if you plan on staying with stock cam.
