Ok..I am somewhat confused on what exactly I need to get these things in..Right now all I have is the SLP Zexel-Torsen lsd, an ABS reluctor ring, and an install kit (i'm not sure which install kit it is yet.)

Will I need to buy a special install kit for the 4.10's to fit? According to SLP, I would..but I don't know if that is just from their gears, or no matter what brand of gears, you still need this install kit. I am thinkin of either GM gears, or Strange Gears.

In any case..any info would be appreciated. I really want to get the ball rolling on this project. It's also looking extremely expensive..but worth it.

Also..what would be the best/cheapest place to get the gears and install kit from?

that, gears, LSD, fluid and reluctor ring are all you need.

You have to grind down the "paddel" that goes into the differential and is held in by a very tiny long bolt. You can either buy the paddel kit for $100 or so, or spend 30 minutes grinding it down, and then testing it.

You basicaly have to grind it down in 2 spots so it can wiggle in.

The 4.10 gear is much wider and the paddel won't slide in stright.
