Release bearing is a part of slave cylinder?

Hi,

I want to order clutch part for my 96 5speed manual transmission.

It seems GMpartsdirect.com has release bearing and slave cylinder assembly seperately, but I think I heard that slave cylinder assembly includes release bearing for 96+ 5speed transmissions.

Can anyone help me with this? Do I have to order both of them or can I just order a slave cylinder assembly?

My slave cyl from gmpartsdirect had a throwout (release) bearing attached.
