I went form 215/60/16 to 245/50/60. If my ratio was 3.23 before, what is it now? Is it stiffer if softer?

taller tires give you the effect of a higher gear(numerically lower ration) smaller tires will give the effect of a lower gear (numerically higher)-Brad
