nto completely sure what you're asking, but if you're wanting rear disc brakes, it's easier to get the rear axle from a 98+ f-body and swap it. if you're talking about upgrading to bigger rotors, i don't think it will unbalance the braking much if any, but don't quote me on it.
i know its easier to do the swamp, but the odds are ill get a rearend with 3.43 gears and that means i have to recabibur and that seems to be like so much trouble to findsomeone to do it. I have 3.23(becaus 5-spd)and iam statified with that. Speedautomotive have 2000 T/A with only 3.23 and traction conrol which i need. and the 98+ modules have the bigger rotars and such. thats why i was asking about the braking balance.
The main thing i want is disc brakes/LSD.
Someone i know has a kit for drum to disc conversion execpt its the stock discs that go on a 2000 s-10 pickup. I was wonder if they were the same brake setup or will they fit the axle.
these are both 2 different oppurtunities of approaching my main goal. Due to shipping cost and such it might be overall cheaper for me to just get the rear disc kit and just get the zorxen diff from slp. That is why i was wondering if anyone knew if a 2000 s-10 rear disc kit will fit the camaro axel?
