When I shift into second at a high RPM the trannie grinds, it only happens going into second. Would this be bad synchros?

Bad master cylinder.

Oh yay... It started after I blew out my old trannie and had a new one installed about a year ago. lol they didn't lubricate it well enough when they put it in. They should have usd some silicon based oil when replacing the gears. Check back with them.Car expresses who you are.
