I have an 88 RS with the V-6, and well it is time to get tires and what I have on there now is 205/60 front and 215/70 rear (they were on there when I bought the car). The sticker in the door states 215/65.
What is a good size?

The 94 has 235/55/16s all around. The TA has 275/40/17s up front and 315/35/17s in the back.

as long as it fits on the rim you are ok, you can run smaller and wider tires...
example...
my stock rims came with 235/55/16
same rims on z28 came with 245/50/16
Right now I am running 275/40/17 on 17X9.5 rims
your car will be fine.

First off, your car had 15" rims stock. Given the tire sizes you quoted, I'd guess that it still has 15's on it. Could you check for us? Also, do you want handling or straight line performance? That's a BIG factor.
Also, most of us have fourth-gen cars, so I'm not sure how wide your rims are or how wide you can go without hitting interference problems while turning.
According to Tirerack.com, your stock size was a 215/65-15. To get better handling, you'd probably want to go to get rid of those 15" rims and get at least a 50-series tire. They show that you can actually move up to a 245/50-16 or a 245/45-17. All these tires are roughly the same diameter (the 16" & 17" sizes are 2% smaller diameter than the 15"), so your speedo shouldn't be off by more than 1 or 2 mph at highway speed.
If you only want straight line performance (or can't afford to get new rims), tirerack says you can trade up to a 235/60-15 on your current rims.
