ok i have 3 08s on a 98 camaro a4, i am thinking about 3.73's i have read that a z28 rear end would be a good idea, what is the diff between a z28 rearend and a 3.73 gear swap with zexel torsen??

If you had drum brakes in the rear, a rear end swap would be the best bet. Since you've got disc brakes you just need the LSD and gears.
Gears: $80 - $125
LSD: $100 - $150
Install: $200 - $300
Total: $380 - $575
Plus a tuner for the shift points and speedo. ;)Matt

you want a tune/tuner anyways
if you just put in low gears your mileage will be way off
