unbolt stock mount from cross member,
    raise tranny with floor jack,
    unbolt mount from tranny
use a dremel or drill with big *** bit to open and elongate the hole in the crossmember about 1/2 inch or so toward the front of the car..

bolt poly mount to tranny loosely

lower tranny till it's about 1 inch from the cross member,

thread the bottom bolt into the tranny mount and get it in a few threads

ease the tranny down a little more and tighten the bolts that connect tranny to mount,

finish lowering the tranny and tighten the mofo out of the crossmember/mount bolt..

don't go nuts on the mount to tranny bolts though because you can crack the aluminum tranny casing.

some locktite is a good idea on all the threads too..

I'd also check them after the first 100 miles or so to make sure everything is still snug.. again at 500 miles and from then on check it every oil change when you check the rest of the moving parts under the car..

that last part may not really be necessary but I'm pretty hard on my car so I like to keep a close eye on everything..
