  • 75-90 gear oil...

    Flushing the rear and adding new fluid. I bought 2 new quarts of Royal Purple. I just wanted to make sure that weight (75-90) was correct. Thanks.

    I've run 75w90 Mobil 1 in mine for the last couple years. I think conventional gear oil is 80w90.

      Conventional gear oil is 80w90. I run 75w90 im mine also.
      1999 Pontiac Trans Am M6 Far from stock.....

        Same here. I just did mine Friday when I put on the TA rear end cover. I use Lucas 75w90.
