ease into the clutch
slip it
rev up higher to start and let out slow
heat cycles, let heat up and cool down.(not all driving in one day)

sliping and reving it high will burn up and ruin your new clutch. Just drive easy and normally for 500 miles. Dont sit at a light with the clutch half way out.
not sit there and purposely slip the clutch 24/7 to break in a clutch you need to heat it up and cool it down.

I said the dont sit there at a light with the clutch out to make the point that just dont do anything stupid and ur clutch will be fine. Reving over 1500 will ruin ur new clutch. If it was my car i would use no gas or very little for 500 miles but thats just me. Im sure other people can give u better info on this.
hard to pull the tranny out...(screwdrivers to pry it out, pry bars woudl have helped)
hard to pull pilot bushing, needed a slide hammer
slightly difficult to get tranny back in.
No other problems...

don't really plan to make the hp that a stage I couldn't handle... yet alone a stage II or a stage III...
I want the closest to stock feel, its a little wierd but for the most part it turned out ok.
Stage II seemed decent I have heard people not be happy with the streetability of a stage III... it was eithr that or a stage IV (because it didn't have springs)

Pfffft... I broke in the first centerforce for 500 miles, like a 90 year man I drove for miles and miles....
It shattered into a million fiberglass itchy nasty peices in less than a year.
The second, custom built centerforce (which is the best clutch I have ever had), I broke in MAYBE 100 miles, and it works fine.

I have heard the same thing... but I figure better safe then sorry... especially with my record of drivetrain problems. I have ~175 miles to go.

Unhappy with the pedal effort or the way it engages? I was considering the III in case I ever decided to turbo, but this is my daily driver, so I don't want to make driving the car unpleasant.
way it engages... I doubt pedal effort is much of a problem.
My pedal is SUPER light now... back in the day the car used to be super light, its well bled, I put in a new master and slave, I knew I had hydraulics issues before.
As for a little wierd...
its a little more tricky, I have a slip in the pedal feel if I need it, its a less then stock. But how I drive other cars compared to this is different, its very much all grip or all slip. There is a small small seciton of slip. But like I said, its small.
I was a stickler for a stock feel and I think this is manageable. I have driven stock cars that have had a pedal feel similar to this. But its not how my camaro has been in the past.

Do you get any chatter? I absolutely hate chatter. And I don't want to have to rev it up and slip the clutch to prevent it from chattering. I like being able to take off from 1500rpm.
