Im not sure about how much it would be off, I think there is a calculator for that somewhere on supersix's website. Hey I have the same car as you (year and everything) How do you like your gears? I am thinking about doing the exact same swap! Let me know!1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

3.73's are great! They feel right at home in my camaro's rear end. They accomodate excellent with the T5. Off the line ofcourse it gives that harder kick the pushes you to your seat we all crave. Especially along with the Zexel LSD..great combo. This is hard to explain, but under normal driving you feel good..because you can actually feel how your car wants to take off with just alittle push of the throttle. Except for a sometimes annoying whine that comes from them they are great. Highway RMP's are still decent. And top end acceleration is also great. It feels great when I drop a gear and just take off. divide and then what?!?
I found this chart that I thought would be helpful for anyone doing gear changes. Its supposed to be for V8's...do you think this matters I dont think it should be that much different. Check out the chart here.

According to the chart...I would be going 52mph while my speedometer says 60mph. You were close beast. Lower the percentage just a tad though. I believe it is:
1-(3.23-3.73)/3.73
This will get you a percentage, multiply the percentage buy the speed your speedo says, and you get the speed you are actually going.
