Is a 1p from an Auto diffrent from a 2p from a Manual? Yes I did a search, however nobody had problems with theirs. Tonight mine WOULD NOT FIT!!! Theres a counterbalance on the end of the 1pc I had to switch it back out...

Did you get a 3rd Gen driveshaft? The U-joint clips are D-shaped and fit into races on the outside of the caps. 4th Gen shafts have the nylon clips on the inside of the caps. If you use the 3rd Gen yoke then all you need is a conversion joint for the pinion.
Where did the 1pc driveshaft come from? What car? I don't remember seeing any counterweights that would cause a clearance issue from any 3rd or 4th gen cars.
