Just installed mine today and man am I impressed. I had no idea how crappy the stock shifter really is. I would recommend this to anyone that has the M5 its sweet!!!

I've been happy with my Ripper since I installed it last November. Anything has to be better than the stock one, though. Wanna make it a LOT better? Install Lou's Short Stick. I did this recently and am very happy with it.
