  • Anyone ever weigh their stock torque converter?

I guessed this is the correct location to post this.
What does the stock one weigh?
My yank converter weighs 25 lbs without any fluid.
I know this is an odd question but someone has to know or can weigh the stock one

Ya I really doubt that the stock one weighs double that of the yank. When I was getting my tranny work done, I had to bring them my new torque converter and when they gave me my old one to bring home, they both felt fairly equal. Not sure on the exact weight though.
