  • shifting too soon?

when i'm going wot my car shifts at about 5000 rpms, very consitantly, it doesn't hesitate or anything, just shifts soon. Isn't it supposed to shift at 5500? How can this be fixed?

Because the RPM's climb so rapidly in 1st gear, your tach (just like the rest of ours) is too slow to get to 5500 before it shifts. The car really is shifting at 5500 RPM's. :D

You have a 3.8 and run 17.125? Why so slow?

He is so slow because glass packs steal horsepower from your car.

exactly, someone else was telling me that glass packs instead of gaining a small Hp you loose a small Hp.
