  • Reverse grinding?

Hey, my cars still new and my first Manual.

Sometimes when i go to put it in Reverse(from a stop) it sounds like the gears are grinding, so i put it back to nutral and try again and it works. I make sure the clutch is down all the way but it still does it. Oh and when i start the car the trans makes a fast clicking sound like the gears are hitting a little, no matter where the stick is.
    Any ideas?

There are no syncros for reverse in our manual trannies. This is why you have to pop it into 5th before reverse.
