ok.. here is the dillio a friend of mine that upgraded to a 12 bolt has a set of 3.42's/lsd that he wants to sell me cheap.... but he has TCS... can i swap his whole pumpkin or do i have to take the gears and diff out of his pumpkin and transfer them to my rear... i know that there is something about the reloctur ring or something like that not working... he thought that the TCS/ABS stuff was in the axles not the actual pumpkin so we could just swap pumpkins ... but i think that i have to jsut transfer the guts
ok, ive been told by a great mechanic ( he has done a whole lot of gear swaps) that if i dont want the ABS to work.. i can just bolt the pumpkin right up .. it will work fine , but i wont have ABS (whoopdie **** , i dont like that feeling anyway, and i have driven many a car without ABS before anyway)
