I contacted www.speedautomotive.com about an LSD for my 94 Firebird. I think I got lucky.. I don't know yet.. you guys let me know. He said that he had the following:
Ring and Pinion
LSD
3.42 Gears
For: $125
I know that I have 3.23's and 3.42 probably won't make that big of a difference, but was this a good deal?

As long as you're getting the ring and pinion together, go for it. I think you'll like the 3.42s (I'm betting you actually feel the difference).

Ring and pinion refer to the type of gears in the differential. The ring gear is just that, a gear in the shape of a big ring. The pinion is a conical gear on a shaft that intersects the ring gear. The pinion is turned by the drive shaft (which is turned by the engine) and it turns the ring gear. This setup allows you to transmit the power from the engine in a right-angle. The ring gear doesn't have anything directly to do with the ABS.

true but if you have a open diff right now you will need a relocutor ring for the rear abs to still work. slp sells them.
