Do either of you guys have an aftermarket cam? I would like to get an edge because of the price but i dont know which to get that wont cause me to lose any 1/4 et, since i have an aftermarket cam. My friend has a 3600 stall with his cam and his car is running horribly.

I have a street edge 3000 stall, 2.4 str 97% and its worked out great for me. I got my '60s down by almost .3 with little practice at all. If I went to the track enough the et would drop considerably more, I just haven't figured out how to make it hook.

15.6 before. 15.6 after. BUT my 60's went down .4/.5. the weather was ungodly that day. a firehawk was running mid 14's, sooo. i'm hoping to hit a mid 14.

slacker, do you think a 3600 edge is too big for a 3.8 with a big cam?

the stall should depend on the powerband u plan on having. if you are gonna up the redline to 6500-7000, then a 3800 stall would put u well inside your powerband. a stock redline would like a little less stall, maybe between 2800-3200. I'm having andre get me a 3000 stall based on a few intake and exhaust mods. in the future, once the long block is upgraded, I told him that i'd up my redline to 6500 rpm. since the more torque the engine puts out, the higher it will stall, then the power gained from the long block upgrades will help keep me in my desired powerband.

I won't be able to dyno or get a track time of my car before the TC, but my best guess would be 190-200 rwhp, 225-235 rwtq, and a 14.9 1/4 time.
