How Do I Change Clutch Fluid?

I was topping off my clutch fluid the other day and noticed it was a little dirty. Doesnt look real clean. Am I supposed to change this stuff? If so how do I do it?

you shouldnt ever have to change it unless a slave cylinder goes bad and it leaks out...
