SLP recalibrator or Jet SCU..??

I am just about to install a LSD/3.42 gears in it. What do you recommend the SLP or the Jet SCU to get my speedo back to close to correct. I am leaning toward the Jet because it will also remove the speed limiter. I have hit this from time to time.

Also, what other good mod's could I get to help me hook from a dead. I am tired of this one wheeled wonder...!!!

well if your car is a auto the slp wont work cause it dont redo the shift points.

Yep, it is an A4. I am just trying to get a better launch and I know the LSD/3.42 combo is a good start. I just want to make sure the A4 shifts correctly in the torque curve so I can get the max out of my gear swap.

I smoked a Prelude with VTEC in the 1/4 by about 3 links but I should have walked him easy from the line but that open 3.08 reareand sucks.

Just get the dealership to reflash the computer. SLP sucks Wanker. :mad:

whats the reflashing consist of? Will that correct the speedo from 3.23 to 3.73? HOw does that work?

Since 3.42's were offered by chevrolet the dealership can change the computers setup. The speedo will read correctly. They can't do it for anything over 3.42's which sucks for the rest of us.

SLP recalibrator worked great for my auto 3.4....hmmmmmm.....I have no problems.

well slp discontinued thre speedo recal, i guess they were having to many problems with customers with it lol.
