Replaced Tranny Mount... Help

I replaced my tranny mount and fixed one problem, my whole tranny was shifting when I shifted at high rpms, with the new tranny mount, this was fixed.
I ran into another problem though. When I downshift and the exhaust gets a lot of backpressure it rattles(doesn't rattle at high rpm when accelrating, only downshifting) I think it is from when I was re attaching the brace, they didn't line up right, so I moved the jack up and down until it was good enough for the bolts to go back together, or maybe it was because I used the torque specs off a V8 from www.installuniversity.com.

Does anybody know how to fix this annoying exhaust rattle?

it should get better as the mount wears in and flexes a little more, mine did the same thing when i replaced it.

okay good, I thought I threw off the alignment or something, how many miles did you put on it before it wore in?

It'll take between 300 and 800 miles for the vibrations to lessen.

Do they go away completely? Like it was before I replaced it?

I can't say it goes away completely for sure, but several thousand miles after I've replaced mine it feels like it did before the swap. Feels like it did before.
