I felt a little more in acceleration because you have two wheels pushing instead of one. No real complications as long as you have the right tools for the job. I did the swap myself and it took me about 6 hours. If I had someone helping me, it would have cut that time in half. You'll definately need new E-Brake Cables, but other than that the rest of it is bolt-up including the brake lines. Doesn't hurt buying new brake lines though.
**Save your Axles from your old rear just incase. The rear I bought had a slightly bent driver's side axle and was causing the rear pads to squeak like hell.
