Ok this happened to me 3 times today. i was driving out of the parking lot at work and i hit the brakes and my low traction light came on and i felt like i lost my brake pedal. It has happened a few times before over the past few months, i was a bit worried is this something serious? My brakes are new, i dont think its my master cylinder.
any help would be great
95 black 3.8 camaro, Intake, Pacesetters, Flowmaster 80 series, accel plugs and wires, B&M shift kit (eh could be better), hopefully a highflow cat soon. and a bunch of appearance mods.
yeah i didnt think of that. Its just so random and it only happens once in a while.
it just scared the crap out of me since it feels like i lose my brakes for a second.

sound like the abs is kicking in on ya... when the abs activates, the brake pedal usually falls out from under your foot, so that could be what you are feeling.. it could just be the pavement that you are driving on thats slick in that one spot, making you slide a little bit. or it could be a sensor giving a false read. are you braking hard when this happens? does it only happen at that spot?

well i did notice a couple times it happened in the same spot in my driveway i think i actually slid on some acorns...The other times i didnt brake hard and it just came on and as you said the pedal fell out from under me.
i think im going to hook up a scanner to it and see if it can find any codes.
