• Difference in clutches between cars?

I just got my 2002 Camaro yesterday, and the clutch is much stiffer and catches much earlier than our 2002 Firebird. We're used to it, but I'm just wondering if the clutches vary from car to car. Do they adjust them?

Clutches are the same. It could vary depending on the amount of wear on the clutch parts. After a while, they should start to feel about the same.

Mine is usually nice and stiff however when i let my car sit for 3 weeks a while back it was floppy and loose until I drove it about 20 miles... very odd. Its better now though.

The Firebird never felt like this, and had 40 miles on it when we bought it in June. The Camaro had 22 miles on it when we bought it and feels much different, so I don't think it would have worn out that much.
