I am not a technical person so here is my question. I'm about to purchase ceramic pads from ebay but I'm not sure if they will fit my stock calipers. I figured since stock '98 V6 rotors are 11.9" while the V8 are 12", the calipers has to be different sizes as well. So, will V8 brake pad fit my V6 calipers???

'98+ use the same brakes front and rear between the V6 and V8. The 93-97 also used the same brakes on the front, only the rears on the V6 were drum.

FunkZ is correct about your issue. 98+ V6 and V8 use the same pads front and back.
However, 93 fronts are different than 94-97 and you can have rear discs on a pre 98 V6 if it was a Y87 car.
