  • I need a new flywheel, can anyone help?

So far I have found these options:
    1) GMpartsdirect (part number 12576459?-$104)
    2) Partsamerica part number 6533 -$46
    3) Autozone - $44.99 with $45 core charge

I guess what I am asking is if there will be a difference in quality between any of these. The cheap ones from partsamerica and autozone are appealing pricewise but I don't know if its new or used/resurfaced. I don't want to resurface mine because it has 100k miles on it. The GM partsdirect one would be brand new correct? Thanks.

yes... and if you can get it for $104, get it...

I was quoted $150 when I was looking like a month ago, and it was $200 to get at local dealer. I got mine at the dealer(partsdirect takes like 2 weeks, dealer was next day)

The other places are for resurfaced ones, and you turn yours in as a core. Cheapest new one i saw from a parts store wa $180, and was a 7 day wait for me.
