Its about my new RS again. 2002 M5. If I dont put it into first gear and then reverse, it grinds in reverse. Is that normal? If I just go straight into Reverse, it grinds.

mine does that too. its normal too grind going into reverse if u do not put it into a forward gear to stop the tranny from stop spinning.
just go to 5th then to reverse .
