just curious, i can take my first gear to 25 and my second to only about 45-50 mph... i've heard people cruisin to 60 on second, is there something wrong with my tranny? i usually shift at 5500 rpm...

if i go to redline... mine is like this...
1st gear to 30mph
2nd gear to 60mph..
uhh..i forget 3rd gear.. but i believe its 80mph
4th gear tops out my car...and speed limiter kicks in @around 115-120mph96 Camaro M5. I believe (cannot find the exact numbers) that GM has changed the transmission gear ratios from time to time, so the speeds achievable will change.2000 Firebird convert, chameleon/tan, M5, Y87, TCS, BMR tower brace and panhard, KBDD sfcs, 245/50-16 GSCs

I can take 3rd somewhere north of 90mph if I recall correctly.
