  • clutch still slipping after repaired, HELP

ok so i got my clutch flywheel and both master and slave cylinders replaced by an auto shop. Once and awhile my car will have a hesitating kick to it under 3/4 throttle. seems like the clutch is almost slipping. it does it in ever gear pretty much. did the shop jack my car up or is the clutch just breaking in?? Any suggestions would help. thanx guys!

yea so i figured it was a misfire cause the ses light started to flash for like 10 seconds when it would start stuttering really bad. I looked under the hood and where my wires were laying against the headers or heads the rubber was a little burned but it didnt really look like the burns were bad enough to cause a misfire. anyways i moved the wires around a little bit and pulled them away from where they were and on my way home everything seemed fine. any idea what the problem was or if i should replace anything?? is it bad to drive my car with this?

replace your wires and put some heat shielding on the new wires and use zip ties to keep them away from the headers

Wait till its dark out and go out and start the car. Pop the hood and look, no flash lights or anything. See if you see sparks arching on to anything from your wires. If so, thats probally where your problem lays.
