I bought a posi unit but It came without the pin that goes trough the posi itself. I dont know the exact name the question is can I put the one my car has or to I have to buy one . If I have to buy it please tell me where to get it???

That would be the locking pin. On the Zexel units it looks more like a bar. It prevents your axles from moving inward and the C-clips from falling off. You definitely need that pin.
I don't know if the one from your open carrier will fit the Auburn or not. I know it will not fit the Zexel.
