question LT1 diferencial are 373 or 323

I think they are either 2.73, 3.23, or 3.42 depending on the transmission(auto or manual) and what performance options you got.

If you're talking about swapping in the complete rear assembly, it will bolt right up...except that 3rd gen. rears are approximately 1/2 inch per side shorter th an 4th gens, so you'll need some custom wheels...not worth it...just find a good 4th gen rear and use the stock rims..rp
