Well slipping tranny is not good.
Down shifts are slow.
Take the tranny dipstick out, first look at the color, red is good, brown is bad.
Smell it, does it smell burnt?
Burnt is bad

Get tranny flush, jiffy lube runs about 59.99. depending on the store, they will either drop the pan and clean it, or run a T-Tech machine, that cleans it all out (same thing) but doesnt take pan off, it washes it and pumps it while connected, but they will still do the seals. carefull though, some JLs wont touch a tranny flush if the car is over 100,000 and never had it done. sometimes the flush will help, but atleast this way ull know...
might wanna get a free tranny check done first
