Thinking about getting a TransGo kit but I'm not quite sure what the benefit is for one. I know the small details that people post like it makes the changing of automatic gears smoother. can anybody tell me in detail if its something you can feel or notice? will it increase my performance?

definately worth it... gives a much firmer shift, holds the bands better and really puts the power to the ground. but go ahead and search, many other inputs on the board.
How many miles do you have on your car? I ask because most shops won't put in a shift kit if you have more that 50,000 miles with a rebuild. Also if you do get it the install is hard and will cost you $2-350 to get it put in. Better mods for the money.

The install is very easy and you can do it yourself. It is not hard at all, and I have found shops that install the kits for $100 bucks. Well, work it, alot firmer shifts and it really helps put the power to the ground.
