I don't wanna be at 4k at 60mph in 5th gear lol.
Anyone here have 4.10s in their 3.8 5spd car? Only time I really get on the freeway is to go to the track which is about 20 miles away.
4.10's wont be at 4k at 60mph. They are actually at around 2800-3000 at 74mph.

they are basically ****. I blew my axle all apart somehow. A six xylider should never be able to do that, and especially one without any power adder. And I am 22 years old so all the high school stupid ****, burnouts donuts are all in the past. Coming home from work I heard a pop and $800 bux later I got an aftermarket axle tht is much stronger than stock and will hold any power I can throw at it.

You definitely will not regret 4.10s. They only run at about 3k in 5th @ 80 mph. It's a bit much initially, but you get used to it quickly. Also, get a shock collar with the install kit. It will help save the rear due to the shock on the drivetrain associated with manual transmissions. A girdle is a worthwhile investment as well. If your rear is built right, it should last many passes.
Prolly 3500, my friend has em in his v6 mustang, they're quite awesome...

sweet..that's be nice to help push me deeper into the 12s ..i wouldnt get them now cuz the Camaro is my daily driver..but i pay it off in a year - year 1/2 ...so i've had my eye on those if not 3.73s
i wish i had a manual, or else i would be looking at much steeper gears than just 3.42's, 3.73s sound alright, but god, i wish i could get 4.10's, too bad my car is daily driver, my only car, and has to get relatively good gas mileage
