I have a M5 2001 Camaro. What gears come stock with my camaro? Thanks for the info. And i should rock a search but im lazy.

The stock gears our either 3.08's for the standard f-body or 3.42's with the y87 package. Where did you get 3.23? A SS option!!!!255/50R16 Tires, Pioneer Deck, Pioneer 4 Way speakers, PPI Amps, JL subs, Spec Stage 3 Clutch, Optima Yellow TopComment

Justin is right. All manual 4th gen V6s had 3.23s. 3.08s came stock on the automatic cars. The Y87 option gave a limited slip differential to both the manual and auto cars. Even with the Y87 option, 5speeds still had 3.23s. With Y87, the automatic cars recieved 3.42 gears. However, there has been some speculation aboutthe 2001-2002 manuals. GU4 = 3.08
GU5 = 3.23
GU6 = 3.42
Other option: pull off the diff cover and count the teeth.Matt
