3800 trans question

What year (if any) did GM install a 700r4 or 4L60 transmission in a 3800 car that had a vacuum modulator, a VSS (vehicle speed sensor), a TV cable.

the 95 drivetrain I have has the 4L60E. Birds have had the VSS since like, 87.

All 3800 SII F-bodies came with the 4L60e as their automatic. They all have VSS, and I don't believe any have a TV cable (since the trannys are electronic, the PCM tells the tranny what throttle position is).
