Has anyone used or have a B&M shift plus? They seem like something i would like to invest in.

Your talking about the electronic B&M ShiftPlus right!? IF so, I have one and installed it myself, only took like 10-20 mins. The hardest part was trying to get the cover off of the CPU w/o braking it. Anyway, they are pretty cool, I noticed a difference in the stiffness of the shift between Stock, Stage I, and Stage II. The shift points are altered too, now my car revs. up to 4000 RPM's in 1st. instead of 3000 or 3500. Not too sure of the advantage of this mod. though so if anyone else could give us a hand that would be sweet. Basically I bought it from my buddy because he sold me that plus a 160* thermostat for $30.

Initially I bought and installed this mod also.
I later found out that over time (maybe a year??) the internals of the tranny can no longer handle the increase pressure and boom.
It has 2 settings: stage 1 and stage 2.
The way it makes the car shift harder is it increases tranny fluid pressure throughout the tranny.
The internals can not hadle it for a pro longed period of time.
I have had that and a true shift kit in my bird, the b&m shift plus felt 'fake' to me.
        May I make a suggestion?
b&M makes a shift kit, yes kit, for $40
I originally started with this in my tranny and was happy. Since then I've built it up a lot more :D

Ditch the shift plus, it is no good for your tranny
