you may as well jsut step to teh 4.10 gears. with 3.73's you are gonna be leaving some of teh potential et gain of teh swap on teh table.
there will be no adverse effect on engine life or mileage between the gears sets and teh price will be similar, so why not go for it.

Are you still spinning, or babying it out of the hole?

A better question is this. What was the temperature and elevation at the track?

Blah...too many drag racers here still think that. If that's true, then why does Little G run them in his daily driver that runs 14.0 @ 97? Why is 12secV6 getting ready to purchase them to use in his car?

I really don't understand why everyone is afraid of the gear. More gear will only help you accelerate faster.

the reason they can use 410s is because they have either nitrous or SC, i used 475s in my 68 camaro, but it also had 600+hp

Nope, Craig (Little G) has no power adders, and has no internal engine work. It just has normal bolt ons and good suspension prep.

You do not need lots of power to run more gear. More gear will only help to multiply the power that you have.
