  • Shifter Problems

Recently my shifter has been sticking and not allowing me to shift from park. This usually happens in the morning after the car has been sitting overnight but it usually shifts after some persuasion. However, last Sunday, I had to remove the T-handle and bang on the assembly before it became unstuck.I sprayed some white lithium grease on it, but the problem persists. Has anyone else had this happen them and if so, short of taking it to the shop, how was it resolved? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
