I just wanted to know if this b&m shiftplus is any good. Its not a shift kit it is just the thing that you plug into the car to improve shift firmness. I have heard that actual shiftkits for my 96 auto will mess up my tranny but i didnt know if this b&m would be a good thing to get or not. Its only $40. What should i do?

It is a bad mod to do.
Over time the internal hoses etc can not handle the added tranny line psi.
Trust me, don't do it.
If you have it installed in your car remove it
