About a 3 or 4 foot extension help tremendously on reaching those 2 top pesky bolts! Alwasys a good idea to replace the rear main seal while you are replacing your clutch. We just put a SPEC stage 3 in my car a few weeks ago. I am loving it! Couple other hints: When you take off your drive shaft and gt ready to take off the tranny, have some kind of cap or plactic baggy and rubber bands ready for the extnsion housing, it will pour out some tranny fluid when you tilt it a little bit. Feel free to e-mail me with any other questions I might be abl;e to answer for you. mattc@kryzak.comwww.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

The rear main will make the clutch go out?
Hrm. Well, this summer my dad and I are dropping the tranny and rebuilding that, cuz it really seems like the synchros are going out. So since we are already half way there, I think we will do the clutch and the rear main right away too.1997 Cayenne Red Metallic Camaro
3.8 V6 M5
SLP Cold Air Intake
Ceramic Coated Pacesetter Headers
Flowmaster American Thunder Catback
Full 3.42 & Disc Break Rear End Swap

Yep, leaky seal can get oil on flywheel, disk, pressure plate, you name it. At work, it's one of the first things I recomend people replace while they do their new clutch.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!
