I ordered it from someone used and I dont have any insructions on how it works. Also it looks a little different than the picture at jet chips. It has a hole in the front left middle that looks like somthing electronic plugs in to. Is that cuz its used or did I order the wrong model year cuz I have a 1998. Any help would be apprecciated,the hole is were the jet chips picture says JET... Looks like a sticker.

that hole is where the little chip that turns the speed limiter on and off goes.you can\'t get off if you don\'t get on
